This account is a mess, I watch too many people, and never find what I'm looking for, and the anime wallpapers made from scans bring in most of the attention. While it's what I learned digital editing stuff from, I think it's time to move on. The original art isn't my own anyway, and while it's similar to using a stock image, I am tired of seeing people admire something that was drawn by someone else, and polished and backgrounded (if that is a word) by me.

I am not going to remove any deviations. True, there are some works I am proud of, but I want to move beyond that. It's like a game- you level up, then level up some more.

So, I am moving to a new account, ~tsunoh much easier to remember and spell. I will be spending some time trying to get it in order- adding everyone I know to my list, sorting deviations, and also I'm playing a new game right now so the art is entirely different from Ragnarok, ha ha. I hope cleaning up will allow me to keep better track of stuff =-=

moved my AP walls from Manga/Anime to Customization>Wallpapers>Anime(fanart) (except it shows Movies/TV) as this article seems to indicate [link] (see the Kuroshitsuji one in particular)

recently there have been quite a lot of reports going around in the wallpaper community, specifically AP walls and such. According to AnimePaper policy we cannot draw the characters we use in our wallpapers unless it is for original anime art, because AP's policy only allows 'established' doujinshi artists; i.e artists with a fanbase and published works such as KEI, Studio SDT, and huke.

However, dA's policy would clearly prefer us to draw our own. Use of scans is permitted but only under these circumstances: (quoting the hail-glory FAQ) FAQ #304: Do you remove copies and trace-over art?

• The reproduction contains new elements which show a departure from the original. • The reproduction obviously copies an existing work but possesses noticeable and substantial differences.
• The reproduction obviously copies an existing work but is noticeably deficient in quality.
• The reproduction and the original bare only vague or broad resemblances to each other (i.e. poses, etc).
• The reproduction has been posted into a Fan Art Gallery.
• The reproduction has been posted into the Scrapbook area.
• The reproduction targets an element of pop culture (i.e. Anime screenshots or official video game content).
• The reproduction properly credits the original.

Given that my AP works now clear most of the requirements above (well, I hope mine aren't that deficient in quality xD) I hope that this issue can lie quietly. If you have any issues with my work, please inform me beforehand instead of reporting right out of hand, and I will see what I can do.

Please note that I never upload paintover wallpapers to dA. Everything I uploaded so far contains backgrounds I made from scratch, or vectored from royalty-free stock. It should be indicated in the description for each work.

A friend of mine will have a booth there, selling misc anime merchandise. She invited me (though, I told her I had nothing to sell; she told me to sell drawings) so... yeah.

I'm going to be selling just pencil drawings, cause I have no idea where and how I could get stuff printed for people if I went the laptop route. And I doubt people would hand over money to a stranger without proof that they could get it somehow later.

so, TLDR:

How much would you pay for randomcrap like this... that is, anime versions of the client, with a simple BG if they ask.

Note that the above question is primarily aimed at my fellow third world pplz. At Ozine, the last con I went to, I saw some artists taking orders for P25 each, which is like... 50 American cents. Cents! What the- ... That's how lovely our economy (and spending power) is.

So, do you think around P50 (about a dollar.) is a reasonable price? Yes? No?

I've never sold anything for real money before, soo... any idea would be good.

can't load dA properly, sometimes the base green background loads and not the pictures, sometimes the pictures load without the background, what is going on -__- is this all because I offended the mighty Google(chrome)?

anyway, not that I was active to begin with, but I probably won't be replying, faving or doing anything at all related to dA till this is fixed. It's not just Firefox (and Chrome), seems to be my net or something.
